I created the map above to show distinct European regions and the countries of interest in this project. While this won't change the look of a physical map of Europe or even the political map of Europe, what it will do is change the ethnic populations of parts of the European Union. It's oddly fascinating to watch the Holy Roman and Byzantine Empires go from.
